What types of animals do you process?

We offer custom processing for beef, hogs, and lamb. If you have other livestock, give us a call and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our facebook page for specific information on those dates.

How do I schedule a processing appointment?

You can schedule by calling us directly at (417) 867-5565 or stopping by the business. Slots fill up fast, especially during peak seasons, so we recommend booking in advance.

How long does processing take?

Beef typically takes between 14 to 28 days, depending on aging preferences. Hogs generally require around 2 weeks. Turnaround times may vary based on processing volume and any special requests.

Do I need to bring in my own animal, or do you sell live animals too?

For custom processing, you’ll need to provide the animal for processing. However, we are happy to connect you with trusted local producers if you need a recommendation.

Can I customize my cut sheet?

Absolutely! We offer fully customizable cut sheets so you get exactly what your family prefers—from steak thickness to sausage flavors. Don’t worry if you’re new to this—we’ll walk you through the options. The cut sheets for hog and beef can be viewed and downloaded directly from our website.

Do you vacuum seal?

Yes! We offer both vacuum sealing and paper wrapping, depending on your preference. Just let us know your choice when placing your order.
